  • Technology is everywhere and it’s here to stay. How do we navigate this rapidly changing landscape as parents and adults who care about kids? How do we walk alongside and help them thrive in these simultaneously fabulous and treacherous waters? While we don’t have all the answers (far from it!), we will provide you with resources, ideas, information, real experiences, and room to process where to go from here regarding technology and the kids in your life!

  • The brain develops at a faster rate in adolescence than at any other time in life. Join us as we take a layman’s look at what’s happening in the teen brain and why. We will also discuss how parents and other caregivers can contribute to healthy brain development in our fantastic teens.
